Dave, Congratulations on a great Teleconference this morning! The handouts were great and we now have the focus and a plan to start the month quicky. The teleconference aspect worked very well. We had 13 managers in the room and the feedback was great. They left excited and with a plan. I would have never thought of such a unique way to train my entire team without ever leaving the dealership and to do so in less than one hour. Sign me up for August!
